Found a UK Self Sufficiency site

Whilst I was researching the pottery wheel I came across a site that I have not seen before.

A self sufficiency site in the UK called Self Sufficient’ish well worth a visit even if it is just for a recipe for Knotwood Tea. It is managed by Andy Hamilton who is a wild food foraging expert, Dave Hamilton a trained nutritionist, food scientist and sustainable horticulturist, Adam Seyner – mushroom expert and Ellie Mains who is an expert on preserving. Andy is writing a book due out in Autumn called Booze for Free. They already have two books out which will be specific to the UK, The Self Sufficient’ish Bible and Grow Your Food for Free (Well Almost).

Andy and Dave also do courses on foraging for wild food and brewing all over the UK. Go and look it would be worth a visit as the courses seem very cheap. If enough of us in one area are interested they will even put a course on for us. Worth considering.

Anyway, I’ve added them to the links on the sidebar.
