How we need to prepare

Email Policy

Collecting emails

We only collect emails that you provide to us either by registering, using our contact form or by sending us emails.

Processing emails

Our messaging systems automatically scan all incoming emails and filter-out emails that appear to be spam.

As no message filtering system is 100% accurate, from time to time legitimate messages will be filtered-out by our systems. If you believe this has happened to an email that you have sent, please advise the message recipient by our contact form although if you do that keep the message simple as that is also checked for spam.

You can reduce the risk of a message being caught by the spam filters by sending the message in plain text, removing any links and ensuring that your attachments are scanned for malware before sending.

User spam

We provide a facility that enables users to send email to us. Users must not use this facility to send unsolicited, bulk or indiscriminate messages, whether or not for a commercial purposes. All spammers will be cursed by a voodoo doctor to have their sexual organs develop gangrene and fall off. In addition we will also set the law on you if we can.

Receipt of unwanted messages from us

In the unlikely event that you receive any message from us or sent using our systems that may be considered to be spam, please contact us using our contact form and we will investigate. Please, please don’t set your voodoo doctor on to us. We didn’t mean it.
